By booking, paying for, or using the services of Laurent Amann S.à r.l.-S, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

• Payment: Payment is required in advance. Participation in individual sessions, seminars, trainings, or events is only possible after full payment has been received. Installment payments may be granted upon prior agreement. In such cases, the amounts and due dates will be defined in writing in advance.

• Responsibility: The success of the sessions, seminars, and trainings depends largely on your personal commitment, openness, and engagement. You are fully responsible for your decisions and for any consequences affecting you and your animal.

• Cancellation policy – seminars, retreats, trainings and events: Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the start. In case of later cancellation, the full amount is due. In case of no-show or early termination, no refund will be given.

• Cancellation policy – individual sessions: Cancellation or rescheduling is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. In case of late cancellation, no-show, or early termination, the full amount remains due.

• Participation requirements: Participation requires a stable physical and mental condition for both the person and the animal. Any health conditions, medication, or ongoing therapeutic treatments must be communicated in advance.

• Liability and personal responsibility: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Laurent Amann assumes no liability for any damage to persons or animals, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The owner remains fully responsible for their animal at all times.

• No substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment: The services provided do not replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or veterinary diagnosis or treatment. No diagnoses are made and no healing promises are given. The sessions are intended as energetic, mental, and intuitive guidance, as well as to strengthen the relationship between human and animal.
